sq. ft. (Carpet area).
- The prominent location of the centre should be the central point of the city or
in proximity to a student hub, located on the main road, and should be easily accessible
by the students.
- There should be sufficient space for signage and visibility from the main road.

The essential amenities like drinking water facility, washrooms, electricity, generator
back up, elevators (where necessary) should be present in the premises.
- Adequate
parking space should be available for the students.
- The title deed should be
clear (whether owned or rented).
